The Role
- Full-time small-animal general practice position focused on preventive care, wellness, and client education
- Perform examinations, develop diagnostic and treatment plans, and manage cases using in-house lab testing and digital radiology
- Conduct routine surgical and dental procedures, including spay/neuter and dental cleanings
- Provide vaccinations, microchipping, and end-of-life care with clear, compassionate communication
- Collaborate closely with credentialed technicians and client service teams; leverage drop-off appointments for efficient case flow
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive workplace and support continuous improvement in patient care

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Current license to practice veterinary medicine in Massachusetts, or eligibility to obtain
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong clinical communication skills and commitment to high-quality, preventive-focused care
