Full-time Veterinarian role in Tigard, OR with compensation up to $180,000. An opportunity to practice high-quality medicine in a collaborative, well-supported general practice setting.

The Hospital
An AAHA-accredited small animal hospital offering a quality-driven environment where veterinarians are supported by skilled teams and on-site diagnostics to deliver efficient, thorough care.
- Retail-center location with convenient parking and easy client access
- Established support structure including experienced veterinarians, credentialed veterinary technicians, client service coordinators, and practice management
- On-site diagnostics: digital radiography (X-ray), dental digital X-ray, and same-day in-house laboratory testing, plus an in-house pharmacy
- General surgery and dentistry capabilities, including routine procedures
- Emphasis on clinical standards, consistent protocols, and compassionate client communication
- Typical operating hours 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., seven days a week, with scheduling designed to support work-life balance

The Role
- Full-time position in a busy, team-oriented small animal general practice
- Provide preventive care, vaccinations, wellness services, and client education
- Perform and interpret general practice diagnostics, including digital X-ray, dental radiography, and in-house lab testing
- Conduct routine surgeries and dental procedures
- Build trusted relationships with clients and contribute to a positive, supportive culture
- Collaborate with technicians and client service teams to deliver efficient, high-quality care
- Participate in continuous improvement of protocols and client experience

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Active or eligible Oregon veterinary license
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Clinical proficiency in general practice medicine, routine surgery, and dentistry
- Strong communication skills and commitment to AAHA-level standards
