The Role
- Full-time small-animal general practice focused on preventive care, wellness exams, vaccinations, and parasite prevention for dogs and cats
- Perform and manage routine dentistry, including dental cleanings and radiograph-supported treatment planning where available
- Conduct basic soft-tissue surgeries, including spay/neuter and other routine procedures, within an on-site surgical suite
- Utilize in-clinic diagnostic testing and imaging to inform care plans
- Provide clear client communication and education that builds lasting relationships
- Collaborate closely with credentialed veterinary technicians and support staff in a team-first culture
- Contribute to a smooth appointment-based workflow, including daytime weekday shifts and rotating Saturdays
- Support continuity of care through structured preventive-care programs and virtual client support tools

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Eligible for and able to obtain active veterinary licensure in the State of Minnesota
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or eligibility) preferred
- Strong clinical communication skills and a commitment to collaborative, ethical practice
- Comfort with an appointment-based schedule that includes some Saturday availability
