The Role
- Full-time small-animal position delivering high-quality preventive care, general medicine, and client education
- Perform wellness exams, vaccinations, dentistry, and routine soft-tissue surgeries
- Utilize on-site diagnostics for efficient workups and timely care plans
- Build lasting client relationships through clear communication and compassionate service
- Collaborate with credentialed technicians and support staff to ensure smooth, safe, and efficient patient flow
- Mix of in-room and drop-off appointments; use telehealth tools to support continuity of care
- Participate in an early-morning and weekend rotation that supports work-life balance while meeting client demand
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold best practices in anesthesia, pain management, and patient safety

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- Active Florida veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain before start date)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- DEA registration (or eligibility) preferred
- Comfort with dentistry and routine soft-tissue surgery preferred; mentorship available for developing skills
