The Role
- Full-time small-animal clinician position delivering comprehensive preventive care, wellness exams, and vaccinations
- Perform general surgery (including spay/neuter and common soft-tissue procedures)
- Provide dentistry with dental imaging, interpret radiographs, and build clear treatment plans
- Utilize on-site laboratory diagnostics and prescribe via the in-house pharmacy
- Communicate clearly with clients, support education, and leverage available interpretation services
- Collaborate with credentialed technicians and assistants; contribute to a positive, team-first culture
- Support drop-off appointments, manage same-day cases, and participate in a shared weekend schedule
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold high standards of care and safety

Requirements
- DVM/VMD degree from an accredited program
- Active Minnesota veterinary license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong interest in preventive care, dentistry, and general surgery
- Comfortable with a collaborative environment and weekend rotation
