The Role
- Full-time primary care veterinarian serving companion animals
- Perform comprehensive exams, develop treatment plans, and provide preventive care and client education
- Execute routine surgeries and dental procedures with appropriate anesthesia protocols and monitoring
- Utilize in-clinic diagnostics to guide quality, timely medical decisions
- Collaborate closely with technicians and client service teams to ensure smooth patient flow, including appointment and drop-off care
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and uphold high standards of medical recordkeeping, safety, and client communication
- Participate in a schedule that may include some evenings and weekends

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in Minnesota (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or eligibility) and commitment to compliant, ethical practice
- Strong clinical judgment, clear communication, and a preventive-care mindset
- Comfort with routine surgery and dentistry, and willingness to support evening/weekend coverage as scheduled
