The Role
- Full-time small-animal veterinarian delivering preventive care, dentistry, and general surgery
- Manage a varied caseload of dogs, cats, and, as interests allow, small mammals, rabbits, and reptiles
- Perform and interpret in-house diagnostics, digital radiology, and dental radiography
- Conduct anesthesia and pain management; perform routine soft-tissue procedures including spay/neuter
- Partner closely with technicians and client service teams; provide mentorship and uphold high clinical standards
- Support efficient case flow across drop-off and in-room appointments, with thorough medical records and clear client communication
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive culture and consistent quality-of-care protocols

Requirements
- DVM/VMD degree from an accredited institution
- Active Florida veterinary license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- DEA license or eligibility
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Proficiency with routine surgery and dentistry; experience with exotics is a plus
- Strong communication, teamwork, and commitment to some weekend coverage
