The Role
- Full-time, small-animal general practice position
- Deliver high-quality primary and preventive care across all life stages
- Perform and interpret diagnostics using in-house laboratory resources and dental radiography
- Manage dentistry and anesthesia cases; perform routine soft-tissue surgeries
- Develop treatment plans, maintain accurate medical records, and ensure patient safety
- Communicate effectively with clients to support education and adherence to care plans
- Partner with credentialed technicians and provide guidance to support staff
- Contribute to hospital protocols, quality improvement, and a positive team culture
- Participate in mentorship or leadership development programs as desired

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Active Florida veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility for DEA registration
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Strong clinical communication skills and commitment to preventive care
- Competence or interest in dentistry and routine soft-tissue surgery; new graduates considered
