The Role
- Deliver high-quality, preventive-focused small-animal care, including wellness exams, vaccinations, and client education
- Perform dentistry and general surgery (including spay/neuter and routine procedures) with strong anesthesia and pain-management protocols
- Utilize in-house lab testing and digital radiography to drive timely diagnostics and treatment plans
- Collaborate closely with technicians and assistants to maintain efficient, patient-centered workflows, including drop-off appointments
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with a diverse client base, supported by interpreter services when needed
- Maintain accurate medical records and contribute to continuous improvement in patient care and client service
- Full-time or part-time scheduling options considered

Requirements
- DVM/VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited program
- Active license to practice veterinary medicine in Washington (or eligibility to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong clinical communication skills; comfort working with standardized workflows and a preventive-care caseload
- Experience in dentistry and routine surgery preferred; mentorship available for motivated doctors
