The Role
- Deliver high-quality, preventive-focused small-animal care, including wellness exams, vaccinations, diagnostics, and treatment planning
- Perform routine surgeries and dentistry with the support of digital dental radiography and a dedicated surgical suite
- Utilize digital radiography and in-house lab capabilities for efficient case workups
- Foster strong client relationships through clear communication and education
- Collaborate closely with veterinary technicians and client service associates to maintain a positive, efficient workflow
- Uphold standardized clinical protocols, accurate medical records, and regulatory compliance
- Support services such as drop-off appointments, behavior evaluations, and medically supervised grooming

- Full-time schedule with some evening or weekend shifts based on posted clinic hours

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM or VMD) from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in New York, or eligibility to obtain
- DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong commitment to client communication, teamwork, and preventive care
- USDA accreditation preferred or willingness to pursue, if needed
