The Role
- Full-time Associate Veterinarian in a small-animal general practice
- Deliver high-quality preventive care and wellness services
- Perform dentistry and routine soft tissue surgeries, including spay/neuter
- Interpret diagnostics from digital radiography and in-house lab testing; develop treatment plans
- Communicate clearly with pet owners to support education and follow-up care
- Collaborate with technicians and support staff; help foster a positive, team-first culture
- Maintain accurate, compliant medical records and support safety and quality protocols
- Participate in drop-off care workflow and same-day needs as appropriate
- Mentor and support newer team members as desired

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in California (or the ability to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility for, or current, Arizona veterinary license in good standing
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or eligibility)
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Comfort with a fast-paced environment and a commitment to preventive care
