The Role
- Full-time small-animal Veterinarian providing primary care with a strong focus on prevention and client education
- Perform wellness exams, vaccinations, and routine soft-tissue surgeries; manage dental procedures and cleanings
- Utilize in-house diagnostic testing and imaging to develop timely treatment plans
- Communicate clearly with clients, documenting medical notes and plans with accuracy
- Collaborate closely with technicians and client-service teams to ensure efficient, compassionate care
- Contribute to quality improvement, mentorship, and a positive, learning-centered culture
- Participate in a schedule that includes early-morning starts and a rotating weekend commitment

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in Arizona (or ability to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Excellent communication and client-service skills
- Willingness to participate in a rotating weekend schedule
- DEA registration eligibility preferred
