The Role - Provide high-quality preventive and general care for companion animals (primarily dogs and cats), including wellness exams, vaccinations, and client education - Perform and interpret in-house diagnostics; develop treatment plans and follow through on case management - Conduct dentistry and routine soft-tissue surgery in a well-equipped setting - Collaborate closely with technicians and assistants to ensure efficient, compassionate care - Maintain accurate medical records and contribute to a positive, learning-focused culture - Part-time position with flexible daytime hours and a shared weekend rotation (additional hours may be available)
Requirements - DVM or VMD degree from an accredited program - Active California veterinary license (or ability to obtain prior to start) - Eligibility to work in the United States - DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain) - Excellent communication skills and commitment to high standards of patient care and client service
