The Role
- Deliver high-quality preventive and wellness care, including exams, vaccinations, parasite prevention, and client education.
- Perform general surgery (such as spay/neuter and soft-tissue procedures) and provide dental care with digital dental imaging.
- Evaluate and manage common orthopedic concerns; coordinate advanced care as needed.
- Utilize in-house lab and imaging to diagnose and manage medical conditions efficiently.
- Provide clear, compassionate communication and build lasting client relationships.
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold hospital protocols and standards.
- Collaborate with technicians and support staff; mentor where appropriate.
- Full-time role with a balanced schedule, including some rotating weekends aligned with hospital hours.

Requirements
- Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Active Arizona veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong surgical and dentistry skills, or willingness to develop these with support
- Commitment to teamwork, client service, and high medical standards
- Comfort with modern veterinary software and electronic medical records
