An established small-animal hospital in Hollywood, FL is hiring a full-time Veterinarian with compensation up to $150,000, plus a sign-on bonus and relocation support. This position offers a supportive, well-equipped setting in a lively coastal community.

The Role
- Full-time position providing comprehensive companion-animal care with a focus on prevention and client education
- Perform physical exams, develop diagnostic and treatment plans, and communicate clearly with pet owners
- Utilize on-site diagnostics, including in-house lab testing, digital radiography, and dental radiography
- Perform routine dentistry and general soft-tissue surgeries, including spay/neuter
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold high standards of safety and quality
- Collaborate with veterinary technicians and assistants, supporting an efficient and positive team culture
- Help coordinate convenient services such as drop-off appointments and contribute to compassionate end-of-life care
- Participate in ongoing CE, coaching, and quality-improvement initiatives

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary program
- Active Florida veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Strong clinical, communication, and teamwork skills; comfort with preventive care, routine dentistry, and general surgery
- Willingness to contribute to a flexible schedule that may include limited weekend coverage
