The Role
- Deliver high-quality, compassionate care with a strong focus on prevention and client education
- Diagnose and manage common medical conditions using in-house lab testing and digital imaging
- Perform routine surgeries and dentistry, including procedures supported by dental X-rays
- Build trusted relationships with clients, clearly explaining treatment options and preventive care plans
- Collaborate closely with credentialed technicians and support staff to ensure efficient, team-based care
- Contribute to a positive, learning-oriented culture, offering or receiving mentorship as needed
- Full-time schedule with weekday daytime hours and the option to participate in weekend rotations

Requirements
- DVM/VMD degree from an accredited institution
- License to practice in Massachusetts (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong communication skills and comfort working in a busy outpatient setting with in-house diagnostics
- Commitment to high standards of patient care and a collaborative team approach
