The Hospital

The Role
- Deliver comprehensive general practice care with a strong focus on preventive medicine and client communication
- Perform routine surgeries (including spay/neuter) and provide dental cleanings and oral health management
- Utilize on-site diagnostics to create clear, collaborative treatment plans and discuss care estimates with clients
- Partner closely with veterinarians and credentialed technicians in a supportive, training-forward environment
- Educate clients on wellness, nutrition, and at-home care, supported by virtual advice resources
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold quality, safety, and patient-care standards
- Engage in mentorship and continuing education to grow clinical scope and confidence

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in California (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Comfort with routine general practice procedures, dentistry, and spay/neuter surgery
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to preventive care and client service
- Availability for a schedule that includes some evenings and regular weekend shifts
