The Role
- Provide comprehensive care for dogs, cats, and a range of exotic species
- Manage wellness and preventive medicine, dentistry, soft-tissue surgery, urgent care, and diagnostics
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication and education
- Collaborate with a supportive medical team and contribute to a culture of continuous learning
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold AAHA-level standards of care
- Participate in mentorship as a learner or mentor, depending on experience

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Eligibility for veterinary licensure in New York
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and commitment to collaborative care
- Interest in exotic-pet medicine welcomed; experience is a plus but not required
