This is an excellent opportunity for a veterinarian looking to join an experienced three-doctor team offering a distinctive approach to patient care. The hospital combines high-quality general practice medicine with advanced diagnostics, surgery and integrative treatment options, creating a varied clinical environment with plenty of scope to develop individual interests.

About the Practice

You'll join an established three-doctor veterinary team supported by a Registered Veterinary Technician, experienced veterinary assistants and dedicated client care professionals.

The hospital takes an individualized approach to veterinary medicine, with a strong emphasis on preventative healthcare, nutrition, early identification of disease and thoughtful treatment planning. Doctors are encouraged to consider the whole patient when developing treatment plans, combining conventional medicine with integrative therapies where appropriate.

The Opportunity

This position would suit an experienced veterinarian or a doctor looking to continue developing within a supportive, collaborative environment.

You'll manage a broad general practice caseload covering preventative medicine, internal medicine, diagnostics, dentistry and surgery, with opportunities to become involved in more advanced medical and surgical cases depending on your experience and interests.

There is particularly strong scope for veterinarians interested in developing skills in:

The hospital operates Monday through Friday from 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM and is closed on weekends, providing an excellent schedule for veterinarians looking for greater predictability and work-life balance.

Compensation & Benefits

•Salary between $100,000 and $140,000, depending on experience

Requirements

•Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) or equivalent qualification
•North Carolina veterinary license or eligibility to obtain
•Eligibility to work in the United States
•Strong communication and client relationship skills
•Comfortable managing a varied companion animal caseload
•Collaborative and team-focused approach
•Interest in integrative medicine is welcomed but not required
