The Role
- Perform comprehensive patient exams, diagnostics, and medical workups.
- Provide high-standard dentistry and soft-tissue surgery; orthopedic exposure available as case mix allows.
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients about diagnostic and treatment options.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure appropriate prescription management and controlled substance compliance.
- Collaborate with technicians and support staff to promote efficient, team-based care and daily rounds.
- Contribute to protocol review and continuous improvement of hospital operations from intake to discharge.
- Participate in professional development, mentorship activities, and practice updates.

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree from an accredited institution
- Current or eligible California veterinary license
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Clinical experience in a veterinary setting preferred; strong medical, surgical, and dental skills valued
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and client-service abilities
- Commitment to compassionate, high-quality patient care
