The Role - Perform comprehensive patient exams, diagnostics, and medical workups. - Provide high-standard dentistry and soft-tissue surgery; orthopedic exposure available as case mix allows. - Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients about diagnostic and treatment options. - Maintain accurate medical records and ensure appropriate prescription management and controlled substance compliance. - Collaborate with technicians and support staff to promote efficient, team-based care and daily rounds. - Contribute to protocol review and continuous improvement of hospital operations from intake to discharge. - Participate in professional development, mentorship activities, and practice updates.
