The Role

As an Associate Veterinarian, you'll provide high-quality medical and surgical care to companion animals while working in a supportive and team-focused environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Wellness and preventative care consultations
• Medical diagnostics and treatment planning
• Soft tissue surgery
• Urgent care appointments
• Client education and communication
• Working collaboratively with experienced veterinarians and support staff
• Delivering exceptional patient and client care

You'll have access to modern equipment and an experienced clinical team, including:

• Ultrasound
• Digital radiography
• Digital dental radiography
• Highly experienced technicians and support staff
• AAHA-accredited clinical standards
• Collaborative, supportive working environment

Schedule

Designed to support a healthy work-life balance:

• Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-6:00 PM
• Saturday rota: 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 Saturdays
• Saturday hours: 8:00 AM-2:00 PM
• Sundays closed

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

• $130,000-$170,000 base salary (DOE)
• $40,000 sign-on bonus
• 20% production bonus
• No negative accrual

• DVM or equivalent veterinary degree holder
• Eligible for veterinary licensure in Texas
