The Role
- Deliver high-quality small-animal medicine, dentistry, and surgery; manage mixed-animal cases as needed
- Utilize in-house diagnostics and imaging to guide timely, evidence-based decisions
- Provide client education and clear communication on treatment plans and preventive care
- Participate in an ambulatory component for large-animal care; contribute to a limited after-hours/on-call rotation
- Collaborate with a skilled support team and, where desired, incorporate integrative modalities into patient care
- Maintain thorough medical records and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical protocols

Requirements
- DVM/VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- Active Colorado veterinary license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong communication skills and a compassionate, client-focused approach
- Comfort with mixed-animal practice or an interest in developing large-animal skills
