The Role
- Provide high-quality primary care, including wellness, internal medicine, and dentistry
- Perform surgical procedures (soft-tissue; orthopedic opportunities based on interest and experience)
- Manage and triage urgent care cases during designated extended hours
- Utilize on-site diagnostics to develop and deliver timely treatment plans
- Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and collaborate closely with the clinical team
- Maintain thorough medical records and contribute to a positive, learning-oriented culture
- Engage in mentorship as a learner or mentor, depending on experience

Requirements
- DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and a team-first mindset
- Comfort with, or interest in developing, surgical and urgent care skills
