The Role
- Provide high-quality relief coverage within a primary care caseload for dogs and cats, including wellness, diagnostics, and case management
- Perform dentistry and routine soft-tissue surgery as interested and experienced
- Interpret in-house lab results and dental imaging to guide treatment plans
- Manage hospitalized patients and ensure continuity of care
- Communicate clearly with clients to educate and build long-term relationships
- Collaborate with technicians and client service teams to deliver efficient, compassionate care
- Work mostly weekday daytime shifts with limited Saturday morning rotation and no Sundays

Requirements
- DVM or VMD from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in South Carolina (or eligibility to obtain)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to high standards of care
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Prior small-animal primary care experience preferred
