The Role
- Part-time Associate Veterinarian covering Fridays and/or Saturdays
- Perform comprehensive patient exams, medical work-ups, and client education
- Conduct diagnostic procedures, general surgery, and dentistry
- Manage anesthesia and provide intraoperative patient monitoring
- Triage and treat daytime urgent care cases during clinic hours
- Maintain accurate medical records and uphold controlled substance protocols
- Collaborate with the clinical team to refine protocols, participate in rounds, and promote efficient workflows

Requirements
- DVM or VMD from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in California (or ability to obtain)
- DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
- 1+ year of clinical experience preferred, with solid diagnostic, surgical, and dental skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and meet the physical demands of clinical practice
