The Role
- Provide high-quality primary care, including wellness exams, diagnostics, dentistry, and routine soft-tissue surgery
- Utilize digital radiography, dental imaging, ECG, and in-house lab capabilities to guide diagnostics and treatment plans
- Communicate clearly with clients, ensuring understanding of care plans and follow-up
- Collaborate with RVTs, veterinary assistants, and client-service teams for efficient, team-based care
- Contribute to continuity of care for patients, including those utilizing the on-site boarding service
- Participate in case discussions, quality initiatives, and ongoing professional development
- Full-time schedule with extended weekday hours and rotating Saturdays for balanced coverage

Requirements
- DVM/VMD (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- License to practice in California (or eligibility to obtain)
- Authorization to work in the United States
- Strong commitment to high-standard, compassionate medicine and ethical practice
- Comfort with routine care for dogs and cats; interest in common exotics and dentistry preferred
