The Role
- Deliver high-quality primary care for dogs, cats and small mammals, with optional exposure to select avian/exotic cases.
- Perform wellness and sick exams; develop diagnostic and treatment plans tailored to patient needs.
- Utilize on-site imaging (radiography, ultrasound, dental radiography) and in-house lab testing to inform care.
- Perform general soft-tissue surgery and dentistry, or build these skills with supported mentorship.

- Collaborate with licensed technicians and support staff to drive efficient, patient-centered workflows.
- Uphold AAHA-level protocols and contribute to a positive, teaching-focused culture.

Requirements
- DVM or VMD from an accredited institution
- License to practice in New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- DEA license (or eligibility) preferred
- Strong communication skills, commitment to high medical standards and a team-first mindset
- Comfort with general practice medicine; interest in surgery, dentistry and small mammal/select exotic care welcome
