An established privately owned small animal hospital in the Plano TX area is seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian to join its growing team.

What You'll Be Doing

• Providing exceptional medical care to companion animals
• Conducting consultations and preventative healthcare appointments
• Performing routine soft tissue surgical procedures
• Developing strong relationships with clients and patients
• Collaborating closely with an experienced veterinary and support team
• Contributing to a positive and supportive hospital culture

Work Schedule

• 4 days per week (Monday to Friday)
• Shift options: 8:00am-5:00pm or 9:00am-6:00pm
• Alternate Saturday shifts (8:00am-1:00pm or 12:00pm-5:00pm)
• No Sundays
• No on-call or out-of-hours work

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $150,000 - $200,000 depending on experience
• 20% production bonus
• Realistic total earnings exceeding $200,000+

Candidate Requirements
