Job Summary

Join a well-established and highly regarded small animal and exotics practice in Broken Arrow, OK, one of the most desirable communities in the Tulsa metro area. This busy, community-focused hospital has built a strong reputation for compassionate care, quality medicine, and long-standing client relationships. You'll work alongside two experienced veterinarians in a modern, fully equipped facility providing medical, surgical, dental, and exotic animal care. Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality medical, surgical, and dental care to small animals and exotics
• Build strong relationships with clients and patients
• Work collaboratively with experienced veterinarians and skilled support staff
• Contribute to a positive hospital culture focused on excellent patient care
• Participate in ongoing clinical learning and professional development

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $110,000$130,000 depending on experience
• $100,000 welcome bonus
• 20% ProSal production bonus with no negative accrual
• 3 weeks paid time off plus public holidays

Schedule

• Balanced full-time schedule with no Sunday hours
• Monday Friday: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM 1:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed
• (Maximum of 1 in 3 or 1 in 4 Saturdays required)
• Full-time benefits available for veterinarians working 30+ hours per week
