You'll also be supported by an exceptional 2.5:1 veterinary technician-to-doctor ratio, allowing you to focus on what you do best: patient care.

What You'll Be Doing

• Provide high-quality, individualized care to pets and their families
• See a mix of small animal and exotics cases (based on your preference)
• Manage a varied caseload including consultations, diagnostics, and surgery
• Build strong client relationships
• Collaborate with a positive, respectful, and fun veterinary team

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• Working hours within hospital opening times:

MonFri: 7:00 AM 6:00 PM
Sat: 7:00 AM 2:00 PM

• Full-time (4-day work week) or part-time options available
• No after-hours or on-call duties

Compensation & Benefits

• $100,000$135,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
• 20% ProSal with no negative accrual
• 3 weeks PTO + paid public holidays

Who We're Looking For

• DVM or equivalent degree with active (or eligible) Arkansas license
• Passion for providing compassionate, personalized veterinary care
