What You'll Be Doing

• Provide high-quality, individualized care to pets and their families
• Manage a varied caseload including consultations, diagnostics, and surgery
• Build strong client relationships
• Collaborate with a positive, respectful, and fun veterinary team

Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• Working hours within hospital opening times:

MonFri: 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
Sat & Sun: Closed

• Full-time (4-day work week) or part-time options available
• No Weekends
• No after-hours or on-call duties

Compensation & Benefits

• $100,000$150,000 base salary (commensurate with experience)
• 20% ProSal with no negative accrual
• 3 weeks PTO + paid public holidays

Who We're Looking For

• DVM or equivalent degree with active (or eligible) Texas license
• Positive, team-focused approach
• Excellent communication and client-service skill
• Passion for providing compassionate, personalized veterinary care
• Interest in continuing education or developing new clinical skills
