You'll be joining a veterinary practice established and managed by veterinarians, so they truly understand the specific needs of the team and are dedicated to your success. Compensation + Benefits:

• A highly competitive salary with new graduates starting at $120,000 and experienced doctors able to earn up to $180,000 base.
• Compensation follows a ProSal model in the 20-22% range
• 3 weeks PTO to start, with increases over time

Job requirements:

• Veterinary license in good standing
• 2 years of clinical experience preferred (new graduates welcome to apply!)

• Interest in or willingness to pursue Fear Free and HABRI certification
