About the Role

This position is tailored for confident veterinarians comfortable managing solo shifts across surgery, dentistry, emergencies, urgent care, and general appointments.

This role is ideal for experienced practitioners.

Key Highlights

• Salary: $165,000 per year for a 4-day workweek
• Schedule: 30-minute appointments, 1-hour lunch, lieu days for statutory holidays and overtime
• Support Staff: 2 RVTs + 2 VAs per DVM, plus a medical records scribe to streamline workflow
• Equipment: Digital dental and full-body X-rays, IDEXX in-house lab, Clarius ultrasound
• Clinic Hours: Open 365 days/year, 7 days/week must be comfortable handling all urgent and emergency cases
• Equity Offering: Eligible for equity vesting after 1 year, fully vested at 3 years, providing true ownership opportunity
