We're hiring a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our exlcusive client's well-established small animal practice in Arlington, TX.

• $140K-$180K Base Salary + Production | No Negative Accrual | Signing & Relocation Bonus

What Sets This Prospect Apart:

• Full-service small animal 3 Doctor practice with a diverse caseload-ranging from wellness and preventative care to surgery and diagnostics
• Modern, well-equipped facility featuring digital X-ray, in-house labs, dental radiography, ultrasound and more
• Flexible scheduling: clinic open Monday-Saturday, 8 AM-6 PM - no overnight or on-call shifts with option to work full time over 4 days if preferred
• Skilled, long-term support staff with 10 years average tenure and 3:1 Tech to Doctor ration for efficient, team-based care
• Structured mentorship program to support new graduates or those looking to grow clinical skills


Compensation & Perks:

• Base salary: $140,000-$180,000 (commensurate with experience)
• 21% Production bonuses with no negative accrual
• $30,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance
• 4 weeks PTO + 1 week of paid CE
• $3,500 annual CE allowance

• DVM or VMD (or pending graduation)
