Our excluisve client's thriving small animal clinic in Overland Park, KS is seeking a full-time Veterinarian to join its established team.

Veterinarian - 4-Day Midweek Schedule | Overland Park, KS
$110K-$145K Base + 21% Production | Full Autonomy | Modern, Fully Equipped Clinic


Position Highlights:

• 4-day workweek (Monday-Friday) | Hours: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM (with 1-hour lunch)
• 30-minute appointments | Consistent, established client base
• Weekly surgical responsibilities | Opportunity to expand based on your interests
• Optional exotic animal caseload


Advanced diagnostics & equipment:

• Digital radiography
• Ultrasound
• Laser therapy
• In-house lab
• Fully outfitted surgical suite

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead clinical care in a supportive, well-respected practice-without sacrificing your evenings or weekends.


Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary: $120,000-$150,000 (negotiable based on experience)
• Production bonus: 21%, no negative accrual
• Licensing & liability insurance: 100% covered
• CE allowance: $1,500 per year + additional CE PTO
