Our exclusive client's modern small animal practice in Wichita, KS is seeking a full-time DVM to join our growing team-offering a midweek-only schedule and full professional autonomy in a well-equipped, patient-focused environment.


What to Expect in This Role:

• 4-day workweek (Monday-Friday only)
• Hours: 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM with a 1-hour lunch
• 30-minute appointment slots with time to connect with clients and patients
• Weekly surgery opportunities (expandable based on your interests)
• Modern tools and tech: Digital radiography, ultrasound, laser therapy, in-house lab, and fully equipped surgical suite
• Optional exotic animal cases if you're interested


Compensation & Perks:

• Base Salary: $100,000-$140,000 (negotiable based on experience)
• Production Bonus: 21% with no negative accrual
• CE Support: $1,500 annual allowance + additional CE PTO

About You:

• DVM or equivalent degree
• Licensed (or eligible) to practice in Kansas
