We're looking for a motivated and compassionate Urgent Care Veterinarian to join a privately operated, high-performing small animal practice in Castle Hills, just north of downtown San Antonio.

This is an outstanding opportunity to work in an urgent care environment that balances clinical challenge with mentorship, flexibility, and a supportive team culture.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary: $135,000-$175,000
• 23% production (no negative accrual)
• $50,000 sign-on bonus - available immediately
• 4 weeks of paid time off
• $4,000+ annual CE allowance (includes specialty CE in surgery, dentistry, ultrasound, emergency care)
• Paid state licenses and uniform allowance
