• Strong mentorship and collaboration with senior clinicians and specialists

Compensation & Perks:

• Base salary: $120,000$180,000, depending on experience
• No negative accrual on production
• Sign-on and retention bonuses available
• 4 weeks PTO
• $3,000 annual CE allowance
