Schedule & Work-Life Balance

• Monday to Friday only no weekends or evening shifts
• Set hours: 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• No on-call responsibilities

Compensation & Leadership Perks

• Base salary between $150,000$200,000
• 22% production bonus (no negative accrual)
• $50,000 welcome/sign-on bonus
