Key Duties

• Mentor and collaborate with veterinary team members while upholding high medical standards
• Develop and implement effective medical protocols
• Perform routine and advanced surgical procedures
• Analyze lab results for accurate diagnostics
• Foster strong client relationships through education and communication

Modern equipment including:

• Digital radiography
• Dental Xray
• Inhouse blood analyzers
• A dedicated surgical suite
• A separate dental table

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine for the State of Connecticut (DVM) required
• A new graduate excited to learn, or a seasoned DVM interested in mentoring and developing others
• Someone enthusiastic about surgery or ultrasoundor open to building those skills
• A veterinarian comfortable (or ready to become comfortable) with radiology, dental procedures, wellness care, and sick visits
• A clear communicator who enjoys a teambased approach
• Willingness to occasionally work Saturdays as hours expand
