Key Duties

Mentor and collaborate with veterinary team members while upholding high medical standards
Develop and implement effective medical protocols
Perform routine and advanced surgical procedures
Analyze lab results for accurate diagnostics
Foster strong client relationships through education and communication

Key Skills and Qualifications

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine for the State of Connecticut (DVM) required
A new graduate excited to learn, or a seasoned DVM interested in mentoring and developing others
Someone enthusiastic about surgery or ultrasoundor open to building those skills
A veterinarian comfortable (or ready to become comfortable) with radiology, dental procedures, wellness care, and sick visits
A clear communicator who enjoys a teambased approach
