Veterinarian Medical Director

Global Talent Partners is excited to represent a thriving, well-established companion animal hospital seeking a Medical Director to lead an experienced veterinary team while continuing to practice high-quality medicine.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys leadership, mentoring colleagues, and helping shape the future of a successful hospital. Approximately 30% of your time will focus on leadership responsibilities, with the remaining 70% dedicated to clinical practice, providing an excellent balance between management and patient care.

About the Hospital

This large, collaborative practice is supported by an experienced veterinary and nursing team, allowing doctors to focus on delivering exceptional patient care.

The hospital is equipped with advanced technology including:
• Digital radiography
• Digital dental radiography
• Diagnostic ultrasound
• Electronic Medical Records (EMR)
• Therapeutic laser
• Acupuncture
• Cryotherapy equipment
• Modern surgical facilities
• Comprehensive in-house diagnostics

The practice primarily sees companion animals while also welcoming veterinarians with an interest or experience in exotic species.
Leadership Opportunity

As Medical Director you'll have the opportunity to:
• Lead and mentor associate veterinarians
• Maintain high clinical standards
• Help develop hospital protocols
• Support team growth and development
• Work closely with experienced operational leadership
• Influence the strategic direction and continued success of the hospital

• Full-time or Part-time available

• Rotating Saturdays (hospital closes early)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $150,000-$175,000
• Medical Director stipend
• Medical Director performance bonus eligibility
