We are seeking an experienced Emergency Veterinarian / Medical Director to join a leading emergency and specialty hospital in Rollingwood, Austin, TX.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled emergency clinician to take on a leadership role within a state-of-the-art 13,000+ square foot facility while continuing to provide advanced patient care. You will lead, mentor, and support a talented team of emergency veterinarians while helping shape the future growth and success of the hospital.

The Role

As Veterinarian / Medical Director, you will combine advanced emergency medicine with clinical leadership responsibilities, including:

• Providing high-quality emergency and critical care medicine
• Supporting, mentoring, and developing emergency clinicians
• Helping drive a positive, collaborative hospital culture
• Partnering with hospital leadership to improve clinical operations and patient care standards
• Encouraging continued learning, development, and medical excellence within the team

Previous emergency medicine experience is required. Prior Medical Director experience is preferred but not essential this role would suit an experienced ER veterinarian ready to take the next step into leadership.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary up to $200,000 (dependent on experience)
• $50,000 sign-on bonus
• 20%+ monthly production bonus with no negative accrual (negotiable)
