Global Talent Partners is proud to present an exciting opportunity for an experienced Veterinarian to step into a Medical Director position in Richardson, Texas.

This role combines hands-on clinical medicine with hospital leadership, offering the opportunity to influence medical standards, mentor doctors and shape a positive clinical culture.

About the Practice
You'll lead an established companion animal hospital providing comprehensive primary care for dogs and cats.

Services and capabilities include:
• Primary and preventative care
• Diagnostic testing
• Acupuncture
• Dentistry
• Surgical services
• Internal medicine
• Chronic disease management
• Senior pet care

The hospital places a strong focus on client education, communication and long-term partnerships with pet owners.

The Opportunity
As Medical Director, you'll remain clinically active while providing medical and cultural leadership across the hospital.

Key responsibilities include:
• Leading medical standards and patient safety
• Mentoring and supporting associate Veterinarians
• Developing clinical protocols and workflows
• Supporting doctor recruitment and onboarding
• Partnering with practice management
• Leading case reviews and quality improvement
• Promoting a collaborative hospital culture

This role would suit an experienced small animal Veterinarian with leadership or mentorship experience, although emerging clinical leaders may also be considered.
