The Opportunity

As Medical Director, you will play a key role in shaping the future direction of the hospital.

Working closely with the hospital leadership team, you will:
* Drive clinical excellence and patient care standards
* Mentor and support fellow veterinarians
* Foster a positive and collaborative culture
* Help develop strategic growth initiatives
* Support professional development across the team
* Maintain and strengthen client relationships
* Lead by example through high-quality medicine and surgery

The role would particularly suit a veterinarian who enjoys surgery and is comfortable performing a range of advanced soft tissue procedures, including:
* Mass removals
* Pyometra surgeries
* Cystotomies
* Enucleations
* Gastrointestinal foreign body procedures
* Other advanced soft tissue surgeries

Leadership experience is welcomed but not essential, and veterinarians seeking their first Medical Director position will benefit from structured leadership training, mentorship programmes, and ongoing support.

* Base salary from $160,000+ (negotiable depending on experience)
