An exciting opportunity has opened for a dedicated and forward-thinking Veterinarian Medical Director to lead a modern, thriving small animal practice located in Brookside near Newark, Delaware.

This role is ideal for a DVM who values clinical autonomy, worklife balance, and modern medicine in a supportive, collaborative environment. You'll work alongside one other highly experienced DVM in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced technology and supported by a loyal client base.

In this varied and engaging leadership role, you'll be a key figurehead, mentoring, setting clinical standards, and guiding a talented, supportive team, while also providing exceptional consultations and surgical care in a truly modern environment.


While prior Medical Director experience is preferred, it's not essential. What matters most is confidence in your clinical and leadership abilities, passion, and a commitment to outstanding patient care.


WorkLife Balance:

• Monday to Friday only no weekends, no late nights, no on-call
• Hours: 8:00 am 6:00 pm
• Supportive leadership structure with full autonomy over medical protocols

Compensation & Perks

• Base salary: $160,000$185,000
• 20% production bonus with no negative accrual
• PTO up to 3 weeks (negotiable)
