This well-established small animal hospital is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join its growing, friendly team.The role offers a nicely varied schedule with a mix of wellness and sick appointments, soft tissue surgery, dentistry, and the chance to gain exposure to urgent care cases if you're interested.
For confident doctors, the production bonus is fully negotiable-with expected annual production between $1M-$2M, you'll enjoy truly exceptional earning potential.


Practice Highlights

• Comprehensive services: preventive care, internal medicine, dentistry, and soft tissue surgery
• Modern, fully equipped hospital featuring digital X-ray, ultrasound, dental radiography, laser therapy, in-house lab, and dedicated surgical suite with heated tables and laser surgery equipment
• No overnight or emergency shifts-work-life balance is respected
• Supportive, experienced technicians allow you to focus on patient care
• Work alongside seasoned DVMs with decades of experience
• Practice culture encourages new ideas and clinical interests (urgent care, exotics, etc.)
• Fully digital medical records with AI scribe

The Role

• 4-day workweek (great balance of clinical and personal time)

Hours:

• Monday-Friday: 7:30am/8am - 5:30/6pm
• Saturday: 8:00am - 12:00pm (rotational, not every week)
• Guaranteed protected lunch breaks (1-1.5 hrs daily)
• Dedicated surgery time (at least one full day per week)
• 30-minute appointment blocks
• Excellent 3+ technician-to-doctor ratio

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary $140K-$160K (DOE)
• Production bonus plan fully negotiable | No negative accrual
• Realistic earning potential: $1M-$2M annual production
