A well-established, two-doctor veterinary hospital near DallasFort Worth is seeking a compassionate Veterinarian (DVM) to join its growing team. This is an ideal role for a doctor seeking clinical autonomy, mentorship, and a positive work-life balance.

You'll work alongside a hands-on DVM owner who values personalized patient care, collaboration, and a supportive team culture. Optional exposure to urgent care is available, but you can focus entirely on routine and preventative medicine if preferred.

What You'll Do

Provide high-quality general small animal care with stress-minimized handling
  • Collaborate with a dedicated, supportive team
  • Practice medicine your way with clinical independence
  • Optional exposure to urgent care cases
  • Mentor and support junior staff as needed

Schedule

  • MondayThursday: 7:00 AM 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 7:00 AM 7:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM 7:00 PM (rotating schedule)
  • Sunday: 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
  • Typical schedule: 4 × 10-hour shifts per week

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $135,000$175,000 DOE
  • 23%+ production bonus (no negative accrual)
  • Sign-on bonus available
  • 4 weeks PTO
  • $4,000+ annual CE allowance
  • Paid Texas license, DEA, and dues
