The position offers a base salary of $160,000$175,000 plus production bonus, a four-day working week, and a structured pathway towards true equity partnership and future practice ownership.

The Role

The successful Veterinarian will be responsible for:

•Supporting, mentoring, and developing members of the wider veterinary team
•Contributing to the ongoing growth, development, and future strategic direction of the practice

Candidate Requirements

•Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree or equivalent
•Eligible for veterinary licensure in North Carolina
•Strong clinical and diagnostic skills
•Excellent communication and client relationship-building abilities
•Collaborative approach to patient care and teamwork
