An expanding privately owned veterinary practice in Fort Pierce, Florida, is recruiting a Small Animal Associate Veterinarian in preparation for the launch of its new purpose-built hospital.

This position offers the opportunity to join an established veterinary team at an exciting stage of development, working within a modern facility equipped with advanced clinical technology.

About the Facility

The newly constructed hospital will feature a comprehensive range of facilities and diagnostic equipment, including:
•A brand-new 6,000 sq. ft. purpose-built hospital
•10 consultation rooms
•Digital radiography and dental radiography
•Ultrasound equipment
•In-house laboratory facilities
•CT scanner

Role & Schedule

•Full-time position with flexible working arrangements
•Option to work four longer days or five shorter days per week
•Saturday rota of one in four weeks, from 8am to 2pm
•Standard operating hours of 8am to 6pm
•Dedicated surgical day with an earlier finishing time

Candidate Requirements

•DVM or equivalent veterinary qualification from an accredited institution
•Eligibility to obtain veterinary licensure in Florida
•Successful completion of the North American Veterinary Licensing Examination (NAVLE)
