About the Practice
Serving its local community for more than 25 years, this established companion animal hospital provides comprehensive veterinary care within a collaborative and supportive clinical environment.

You'll work alongside experienced veterinary technicians, assistants and client-care professionals, with the hospital providing:
•Wellness and preventative medicine
•Internal medicine
•Comprehensive dentistry
•Soft tissue surgery
•Senior and geriatric medicine
•Optional avian and exotic medicine
•In-house laboratory diagnostics
•Digital radiography
•Digital dental radiography
•Electrocardiography
•Therapeutic laser
•On-site pharmacy
•Same-day appointments when available
•Patient drop-off appointments

The combination of in-house diagnostics, digital imaging and experienced support allows veterinarians to efficiently investigate and manage cases while maintaining a strong focus on patient care and client communication.

The Opportunity
This full-time position is particularly well suited to a new graduate looking for structured support during the transition into clinical practice.

Rather than expecting a new veterinarian to immediately manage a full caseload independently, the mentorship structure is designed to build confidence progressively through practical guidance, case discussion and hands-on clinical support.

Compensation & Benefits
•Salary up to $135,000
•Up to $35,000 sign-on bonus for new graduates
•No negative accrual for new graduates during the mentorship period, reviewed quarterly
